How to become a rank

Learner-join the site, make a creation

Learner->Happy-Spreader/Peace-Maker: Have been on the site for a few weeks, mentor speaks to a GHA Council Member

Learner->'Counselor: Have been on the site a few weeks, are active, and are approved by the whole council and mentor to advance

'Counselor->GHA Council Member: Have been actively helping others, spreading cheer, and have earned at least 2 awards for their acts. Must be approved by the whole Council
